This class is designed to support and strengthen your bellydance, helping you build control, endurance, and confidence in your movement.

We combine dance-based conditioning with bellydance technique and drills to develop strength, stamina, muscle control, and body awareness. You’ll work your core, legs, arms, and posture—then apply it directly to your dancing through combinations.

✨ Some bellydance experience is recommended.
Modifications are always offered, and you’re encouraged to work at your own pace while gradually building strength over time.
