๐Ÿ”ฅ Conditioning + Bellydance
A supportive challenge for dancers who want more strength and control

This class is designed to support and strengthen your bellydance, helping you build more control, endurance, and confidence in your movement.

We blend dance-based conditioning exercises with bellydance technique and drills to develop strength, stamina, muscle control, and body awareness. Youโ€™ll work the core, legs, arms, and posture, then apply that strength directly to bellydance movements and combinations.

All levels are welcome. Modifications and options will always be offered, and students are encouraged to work within their own limits while gradually building strength over time.
